In our work together, my role isn't to give advice or offer quick fixes—it's to support you in meaningful change through integrative psychotherapy.

I work with adults ready to do inner work to make changes in their life. My clients gain the courage to:

  • Conquer performance anxiety and step into situations with confidence, clarity, and a sense of ease.

  • Find strength and peace in chronic illness and release fear

  • Overcome the impacts of sexual trauma and reclaim your sense of safety, intimacy, and self-worth.

  • Heal from birth trauma and rediscover a new sense of joy in motherhood.

  • Leave the narcissistic relationship that’s keeping them stuck and constantly in doubt.

  • Reclaim their personal power and set boundaries with toxic family members or friendships that have been draining their energy for years.

Conventional mental health often misses the deeper issues that keep us stuck. Here’s how my approach is different:

  • I will bring my genuine care and won’t act like I know it all (because I don’t!).

  • I make space for your inner wisdom to shine through, and together, we can explore the insights that emerge

  • I am here for all your deepest fears, successes, struggles, and dark thoughts, and we will face them side by side.

  • I integrate a holistic approach that honors and welcomes my clients' spiritual beliefs, creating a space where their faith and spirituality can play a significant role in their healing process.

  • As a former myofascial & craniosacral bodyworker, I integrate a somatic body-based approach to therapy, understanding how emotional healing often begins with releasing the stress and tension stored in the body.

Welcome to Bloom Into Being. I’m Maggie Kelly, and I see healing as a meaningful process of rediscovering your inner strength and restoring balance in your life

Whether you’re navigating emotional wounds, feeling disconnected, or seeking guidance in the face of life’s challenges, I’m here to support you.

Together, we’ll work to uncover the patterns that no longer serve you and develop new ways of being that align with your values and aspirations
